Welcome to our Blog!
This blog is dedicated to all things associated with the Colonial District of the National Capital Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America. Our district is located in the Mt. Vernon and Alexandria, VA area. We will be alternating posts from the District Key 3 (Committee Chair, Commissioner and District Executive) with the occasional guest blogger. We will be sharing our experiences, our goals, our observations, our units' accomplishments and even some fun ideas for your units to possibly use for their meetings or for their next outing or camping trip! We will also be able to entertain questions here so that all of our units are able to contact us with no muss or fuss! I look forward to getting our first blog up and getting to hear from you guys!
